About the role
- As the central technical point of contact, you build a trusting relationship with your clients and advise them on all aspects of IT security
- You analyze security incidents identified by our Security Operations Center (SOC) and explain them clearly with a focus on remediation
- You respond quickly to security-relevant incidents and provide targeted support during incident response
- You communicate cybersecurity best practices — including to non-technical stakeholders
- You approach technical challenges and security issues across diverse IT environments analytically and with a solution-oriented mindset
- You analyze log data and security events to identify vulnerabilities and threats
- Preparing technical reports and documentation is part of your daily work, as is presenting security-relevant information to clients
Requirements
- More than 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity
- Additionally, you have at least 3 years of experience in system, network, or cloud administration
- You have strong knowledge of IT networks, network security, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS solutions
- Risk management and vulnerability assessment are part of your skill set
- You are an effective communicator — written and verbal, in both German and English
- Technical expertise in at least four of the relevant areas
- Consulting competence in risk management: you can assess risks thoroughly and derive customer-focused measures
