Job Summary: We’re on the hunt for a Windows API Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating powerful features for our desktop application, leveraging native Windows API calls and WMI to integrate deeply with the Windows operating system.
Feature development include tasks which may have never been done before.
You’ll primarily work with Rust and modern web technologies via the Tauri framework to build efficient and scalable functionality.

Key Responsibilities: Feature Development: Design and implement features for the desktop application using native Windows API and WMI calls to interact seamlessly with system services and configurations.
System Integration: Work at the system level, integrating with Windows internals to enable and optimize product functionality.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the product and frontend teams to ensure that new features are fully integrated and deliver a seamless user experience.
Requirements
Proven Expertise with the Tauri Framework: Hands-on experience working with Rust for the backend, SvelteKit for the frontend, and TypeScript for scripting.
Familiarity with Windows APIs: Strong understanding of windows-rs (Rust bindings for Windows APIs) and how to interface with Windows components.
Experience with WMI: Solid experience working with Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) to query and manage system information.
Experience using Project Management Software: You must be comfortable working with our project management software "Linear" and the "Google Workspace" suite.
Experience using source control applications: You must be comfortable working with "Git" & "GitHub" for source control at scale.
Preferred Skills: Fluency in English
