Engineer

• As a member of our Certification team you will report to the Sr. Manager of Certification Engineering and help guide the certification efforts for our first certified aircraft.
• Coordinate and support certification activities for the assigned Engineering teams
• Establish compliance strategies for certification including methods of compliance to FAA regulations
• Work directly with the teams to establish relevant designs, development, and certification plans for Type Certification
• Act as liaison between the teams and FAA Designated Engineering Representatives (DERs)
• Communicate regulatory requirements in a clear and concise manner to the teams and other Archer teams to ensure all stakeholders understand the scope of compliance activities
• Ensure appropriate methods of compliance are selected and adhered to
• Lead the development, authoring, review, and execution of certification plans
• Assist with planning and execution of development and certification test campaigns, including coordination of Conformity Inspections, DER witnessing, and test results documentation
• Review designs and documentation with DERs to ensure compliance with airworthiness standards
• Support meetings with regulatory authorities; prepare briefing materials, and ensure completion of action items
• Collaborate with other members of the certification team to develop integrated aircraft level planning

Content Writer

• Partner with our internal product and nursing teams following our QBank analysis to build a plan for question revision, focusing on strengthening clinical reasoning, prioritization and acuity-based decision-making.
• Develop new, original CCRN-style board questions to address content requirements and ensure coverage aligns with the updated CCRN test plan and exam blueprint.
• Ensure alignment of all questions with current critical care standards and evidence-based practice
• Partner with our Editorial team who will provide guidance and feedback to iterate and improve question quality.

Item Writer – Critical Care Registered Nurse

• Design and implement control algorithms for electric propulsion systems using embedded C code.
• Develop and optimize resonant converter control designs to maximize power efficiency and system reliability.
• Integrate and validate power electronics components, with a focus on DC-DC converters, within propulsion systems.
• Conduct simulations, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing, and system validation to meet stringent aerospace performance standards.

• The Senior Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Analyst is a subject matter expert responsible for designing, implementing, and managing DLP solutions to protect sensitive data across the organization.
• Develop and maintain DLP policies, monitoring and investigating potential data loss incidents, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Oversee DLP endpoint agent deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
• Lead data discovery and classification efforts using DLP and information protection tools (Microsoft Information Protection, Azure Information Protection, WIZ, Tenex).

• Design and implement Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) across Archer's enterprise network, eliminating implicit trust and enforcing continuous verification of user identity and device posture before granting access.
• Architect and maintain Okta as the authoritative Identity Provider (IdP) for Archer, managing Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and user lifecycle management across all enterprise applications and SaaS platforms.
