About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary liaison between Archer and clients providing thought leadership
- Identify and initiate opportunities to cross sell and upsell clients on company products
- Manage campaign budgets on a monthly basis
- Monitor, analyze and troubleshoot campaign performance
- Drive monthly processes including planning/forecasting, invoicing/follow-up on receivables
- Manage all aspects of new client relationships including onboarding/integrations process
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in Lead/Inquiry generation in the EDU vertical
- Prior established relationships and strong understanding of marketing vocabulary (CPL, CPA, CPS etc.)
- General knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, especially Excel – filters/VLOOKUP/pivot table, Google suite)
- Ability to translate performance data into business insights and action
- Strong customer service and ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of account management experience in higher education and/or performance marketing experience
