About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Archer and clients providing thought leadership
  • Identify and initiate opportunities to cross sell and upsell clients on company products
  • Manage campaign budgets on a monthly basis
  • Monitor, analyze and troubleshoot campaign performance
  • Drive monthly processes including planning/forecasting, invoicing/follow-up on receivables
  • Manage all aspects of new client relationships including onboarding/integrations process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in Lead/Inquiry generation in the EDU vertical
  • Prior established relationships and strong understanding of marketing vocabulary (CPL, CPA, CPS etc.)
  • General knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, especially Excel – filters/VLOOKUP/pivot table, Google suite)
  • Ability to translate performance data into business insights and action
  • Strong customer service and ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of account management experience in higher education and/or performance marketing experience
