  • Role Description: Arcadis is seeking a Business Analyst, in this role you will be help with the planning, integration, implementation, and deployment of the Kahua Project Management Information System (PMIS) while maintaining strict adherence to data security, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Role accountabilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements to document future-state process workflows, technical designs, system configurations, integrations, and data migration needs
  • Collaborate extensively with stakeholders from the Engineering Dept, TEC, and third-party vendors to assist with optimizing and enhancing requirements and workflows
  • Assist third-party vendor and PA technical staff with the configuration, deployment, and unit testing of new functions
  • Assist data analysts in planning, defining, documenting and support in data analysis, data mapping, future data and technical design, systems integration, data migration, reporting & analytics
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements for developers and vendors
  • Experience in developing and supporting end-users with testing requirements
  • Create Unit, UAT, and Pilot test cases based on the functionality that will be developed
  • Conduct end-user training for UAT & Pilot testing
  • Support end-users in UAT, Pilot & Go-Live
  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in business analysis, and process mapping
  • Minimum 5 years strong demonstrated experience in data management, data analysis, and data migration
  • Experience in data visualization and design and developing reports and dashboards and use of related tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and SQL.
  • Experience working with the Kahua construction management application.

Requirements
