About the role

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA engineers.
  • Drive the adoption and usage of modern test automation tools and approaches.
  • Guide teams in agile ways of working, making pragmatic decisions about testing.
  • Contribute to and help shape the evolving QA strategy for Arcadis Digital Intelligence.
  • Ensure clear, proactive communication within your team and with global stakeholders.
  • Ensure QA activities support the delivery of high-quality software products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing or leading QA/testing teams in a global setting.
  • Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks for web (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, etc.) and preferably mobile (Appium or similar).
  • Deep knowledge of modern, pragmatic QA methodologies (risk-based testing, specification by example, test automation strategy).
  • Hands-on experience working in agile (Scrum/Kanban) product teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • The candidate has at least 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
