About the role

  • Provide strategic advisory support across client accounts, including pursuit and bid strategies, proposal reviews, and recommendations on key personnel to strengthen win strategies and project delivery outcomes.
  • Provide project delivery oversight and technical advisory services, including support for project set-up planning and remote oversight to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, quality, and client expectations.
  • Support client meetings, account planning, and pursuit strategy development for regional clients, with virtual collaboration across other regions as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication, including preparation and delivery of presentations to clients and public audiences.
  • Support the project payment process including invoice analysis, prepares and analyzes cost estimates for various applications, support change/work order management and tracking, supports and leads the team in analyzing and responding to claims, disputes, and other similar activities.
  • Establish and manage processes and procedures for both cost and schedules assessment, forecasting corrective actions review, progress measurement, reporting, and productivity analysis.
  • Establish and manage processes and procedures to report contract, cost, schedule metrics, etc. (includes forecasting trend analysis as needed).
  • Oversee and competently maintains internal budgets and provides oversight or project budgets.
  • Interface with the project development processes and support by preparing contract time determination reports, performing constructability reviews, and other similar support type applications.
  • Oversee document control, schedule management, cost management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management or related field.
  • Professional licensure as a P.E., AIA, or CCM.
  • Minimum twenty (20) years in a lead role for Project and/or Construction Management experience required.
