About the role
- Definition of the Candidate Profile / Job Requirements (alignment with the hiring manager)
- Planning of the recruitment process
- Job posting, resume screening, interviews, and evaluation/recommendation
- Scheduling interviews with the hiring manager (follow-up on process stages)
- Alignment of job level and salary with Compensation and the hiring manager
- Sending the Offer Letter to the candidate
- Management of vacancy SLAs
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience in recruitment and selection within a corporate HR environment
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, use of AI in recruitment, and applicant tracking / recruitment process management platforms
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and other talent attraction channels
- Experience in digital transformation and continuous improvement projects in Recruitment & Selection (R&S)
- Conversational English
