About the role
- Support heavy civil and rail infrastructure projects in the Greater Toronto Area
- Manage the submittal process to ensure documentation is submitted, reviewed, and approved
- Oversee submittals team and manage documentation workflows
- Ensure compliance with project requirements while delivering efficient project outcomes
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
- Minimum of ten years relevant experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure project environments
- At least two years in a leadership or management role related to submittals or document control
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Familiarity with construction contract requirements and project delivery processes
- Experience working on large infrastructure projects preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and document control systems
