About the role
- Plays a key lead role in empowering and guiding the GSSC team towards achieving organizational goals.
- Facilitates effective coordination, makes informed decisions, and drives continuous improvement.
- Builds and maintains strong working relationships to ensure alignment with SLAs and optimal service delivery.
- Actively engages with stakeholders, understanding their needs and concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- CPA or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant discipline, preferred.
- At least 8 years of related experience required, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in accounting principles, financial reporting, and analysis, with strong understanding of IFRS.
- Strong analytic skills and experience working with Oracle as Arcadis’ Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, preferred.
