About the role

  • Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan, ARCADIS and international standards
  • Guarantee quality across geometry, information, and documentation
  • Initiate and guide BIM modellers, generate model outputs, and coach colleagues throughout the BIM process and projects
  • Analyze client BIM requirements, monitor and optimize BIM workflows, and promote BIM initiatives within ARCADIS

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Building Services, or Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of MEP experience
  • Proficient in Revit (including family creation, modeling, scheduling), Navisworks Manager, IFC viewer software, and CDE platforms (especially ACC)
  • Strong English language skills (written and verbal)
