Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
20+ years of project management experience, including 15+ years in transportation/transit disciplines and leading large, multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
Demonstrated track record of delivering high-value, multi-phase transportation projects.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract management, claims, and financial control.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Florida Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the United States preferred.
Postgraduate qualifications in business, finance, or project management (MBA, MSc, PMP) an advantage.
Proven experience leading design within a consultant organization and working in a tendered design services environment.
Familiarity with international standard contracts and procurement procedures.
Demonstrated experience mentoring senior professionals and building high-performing teams.
