About the role

  • Support the Design and Engineering team in the Places Division
  • Define project standards and implement BIM standards
  • Lead ACC administration in the BIM environment
  • Establish model coordination processes across projects
  • Oversee model lifecycle integration for 3D/4D/5D
  • Recruit, develop, and manage BIM staff
  • Provide input to project estimates for BIM scope and resource schedule
  • Report monthly on BIM KPIs and deliverable status

Requirements

  • 15+ years in BIM environments
  • 5+ years leading multidisciplinary BIM teams
  • Deep experience with ACC/BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D
  • Demonstrated capability in automation (Dynamo, Revit API, scripting)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CAD, Information Management or equivalent experience
