About the role
- Lead project teams to accomplish task assignments related to highway projects
- Project roles include pursuit and project planning development; roundabout and intersection design; highway and interchange design; and public safety, all with a focus on quality
- Full client engagement and responsibility for all aspects of project pursuit and development
- Ability to lead and manage all phases of a project
- Develop project scopes and budgets, interfacing with and maintenance of clients, and development of project plans and schedules
- Assist as needed on other projects assigned and work with other Arcadis offices as needed.
- Interpersonal and client facing responsibilities will include excellent, clear, and concise, oral and written communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to coordinate meetings, resources, and presentations.
- Adhere to Arcadis' practices including quality and safety standards
Requirements
- 10 years of progressive highway (ODOT and Ohio local municipalities) design or project management experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field
- Experience working in and leading multi-disciplinary teams
