About the role

  • Manage small, large, and complex environmental projects, including defining scope, developing schedules, controlling budgets, evaluating risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee multi-disciplinary teams, provide mentorship to junior and intermediate staff, and foster collaboration and innovation within the group.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring project deliverables meet their expectations and align with their goals.
  • Ensure projects adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks, while maintaining high standards of quality assurance and control.
  • Prepare and review project reports, proposals, and work plans, ensuring clear and timely communication with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geoscience, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7 or more years of relevant experience, with 5 years of project management experience in environmental projects, including contaminated sites, remediation, and monitoring.
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.), or Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) is preferred.
