💰 $160,000 - $215,000 per year
About the role
- report directly to the Mid-Atlantic Resilience Water Area Leader
- lead established, well-respected team to execute healthy project backlog
- drive strategy for continued growth across Mid-Atlantic
- responsible for hiring, onboarding, staff development, performance management and terminations
- engage with and lead Mid-Atlantic client account teams to expand business development opportunities
- collaborate with other Arcadis business units to identify opportunities and develop solutions
- oversee operational performance of water staff
- ensure achievement of operational goals including revenue, profit, resource engagement, and exceeding quality standards.
- lead, develop, and coach a high-performing team
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in water / wastewater / stormwater project management, design management, business operations, or related.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering in Civil, Environmental, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- P.E. License
- Strong client relationship skills with a successful track record of delivering engineering projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Strong project management experience on municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater projects of various sizes.
- Strong people management and mentoring skills.
- Excellent technical engineering skills with clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
