Lead project teams to accomplish task assignments related to highway projects
Project roles include planning development; urban and rural roadway design; freeway and interchange design; rights of way coordination and management; and public safety, all with a focus on quality.
Full client engagement and responsibility for all aspects of project pursuit and development, including leading and managing all phases of a project.
Develop project scopes and budgets, interfacing with and maintenance of clients, and development of project plans and schedules.
Assist as needed on other projects assigned and work with other Arcadis offices as needed.
Interpersonal and client facing responsibilities will include excellent, clear, and concise, oral and written communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to coordinate meetings, resources, and presentations.
Adhere to Arcadis' practices including quality and safety standards.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive highway (State Department of Transportation or local municipality) design experience, including PM experience.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
Professional Engineering license (PE) or PMP considered with relevant work/industry experience
Experience working in and leading large multi-disciplinary teams.
Progressive highway (State Department of Transportation or local municipality) design experience, including PM experience on roadway design projects.
Tennessee PE license or ability to obtain.
Active participation in regional and/or national professional associations.
