About the role

  • Play a key role delivering tech sector mega-projects.
  • You will manage all stages of hyperscale data centre construction projects, including pre-construction, construction, and close out/fit-up.
  • Work with clients and contractors to create schedules and budgets.
  • Manage the General Contractor and other vendors during construction.

Requirements

  • An in-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques.
  • Ability to manage technical disciplines.
  • Experience working on Data Centre new build and refurbishment projects, preferably on hyperscale builds, would be advantageous.
  • Ability to commit to significant international travel.
