About the role
- Develop robust business plans for the adoption of selected AI tools, including defining problem statements, opportunity analysis, and assessing technical feasibility
- Estimate potential business impact such as efficiency gains, ROI, and key performance indicators
- Propose implementation roadmaps and address change management considerations
- Present your findings and recommendations to Arcadis leadership and Technical Advisory teams, and incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine your proposals
- Research and evaluate emerging AI tools, platforms, and techniques relevant to consulting, engineering, and infrastructure advisory work
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of AI fundamentals, industry trends, and the latest tools (e.g., machine learning platforms, generative AI, natural language processing)
- Understanding of technical consulting, engineering advisory, or infrastructure services is highly desirable
