About the role

  • Develop robust business plans for the adoption of selected AI tools, including defining problem statements, opportunity analysis, and assessing technical feasibility
  • Estimate potential business impact such as efficiency gains, ROI, and key performance indicators
  • Propose implementation roadmaps and address change management considerations
  • Present your findings and recommendations to Arcadis leadership and Technical Advisory teams, and incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine your proposals
  • Research and evaluate emerging AI tools, platforms, and techniques relevant to consulting, engineering, and infrastructure advisory work

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong understanding of AI fundamentals, industry trends, and the latest tools (e.g., machine learning platforms, generative AI, natural language processing)
  • Understanding of technical consulting, engineering advisory, or infrastructure services is highly desirable
