About the role
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to support projects through all phases of the site evaluation and remediation life cycle.
- Contribute to environmental investigation, remediation, and permitting projects, working across multiple projects.
- Engage in fieldwork and office-based tasks related to environmental investigation and remediation.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
- Support the development of conceptual site models and contribute to design or optimization of site remedies.
- Write and review technical reports.
- Help organize work schedules with Arcadis staff and subcontractors.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the environmental industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Previous experience with environmental sampling, technical report writing and data evaluation
- Strong focus on health and safety, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Texas and New Mexico State environmental regulations (preferred)
- 40-hour HAZWOPER certification (preferred)
