About the role
- Responsible for the profit and loss of the Florida D&E group
- Developing budgets, managing expenses, and overseeing project execution per project plan
- Recruiting, mentoring, and providing directions to Project Managers and key discipline leads around project execution
- Work with quality team to implement quality management activities within project execution
- Conduct monthly project reviews to oversee project execution
- Monitor client satisfaction with Arcadis’ performance
- Participating in business development activities including client visits
- Preparation of written reports, calculations, and other design documentation
Requirements
- 18+ years of relevant engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Florida Professional Engineering license, or the ability to obtain one within 6 months.
