DevOps Engineer

• Automate infrastructure and services in Arcadia’s AWS cloud
• Create, test, and secure Windows, Linux and serverless solutions for Arcadia’s products and internal teams
• Capture system, service, and security telemetry to present data in dashboards, reports, scorecards, etc.
• Provide support to operations team by identifying and implementing best solutions, including identifying root causes
• Work with vendor support to solve technical issues, perform upgrades, and migrate to better/faster/stronger gear
• Breakdown and rebuild tech to decouple bottlenecks and reduce costs for existing code/infrastructure
• Assess viability of implementation of new technologies and make recommendations for new solutions
• Support legacy and new architecture components to maximize uptime, availability, security
• Work support tickets as part of a high output team in a fast-paced environment
• Manage and optimize build pipelines and CI/CD tooling to streamline new product launches/features

Analyst

• Assist in development of complex SQL data models that support large scale Behavioral Health performance monitoring and Risk Stratification algorithms
• Support delivery of customer-facing dashboards, reports, and presentations distilling complex information into concise visuals and written insights
• Deeply support our customers’ use of Arcadia’s analytics products including query- and dashboard-building platforms, providing hand-holding and co-development of code and content to clients
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Analysts, and Data Scientists across teams
• Create high value analytics and reporting for Arcadia customers
• Provide direct support to clients with technical and healthcare subject matter expertise and coaching, especially on customer-authored dashboards and reports
• Maintain clear documentation that helps drive decision making forward
• Provide support and coverage to teammates on multiple complex projects using SQL and dashboarding expertise
• Bring thought leadership to the creation of analytics products
• Become a subject matter expert on Arcadia’s dashboard self-authoring product and manage multiple customer projects

Customer Insights Analyst

Actuary

• Lead the actuarial strategy for a flagship enterprise client, serving as the primary decision-maker for actuarial methodologies, models, and deliverables
• Act as the executive point of contact for client actuarial leadership, fostering trusted relationships that drive collaboration and growth
• Oversee product reconciliations, forecasting, and underwriting with a focus on innovation, accuracy, and actionable insights
• Partner with product, data, and engineering leadership to influence and enhance Arcadia’s actuarial analytics capabilities
• Engage directly with key stakeholders to understand actuarial and financial needs from the product offering
• Develop expert understanding of Arcadia's Value Based Care Product, Contract IQ
• Learn and use the Analytics team’s reporting tools and DataMart (SQL database, Redshift, Quick Sight BI product)
• Gain familiarity with Arcadia’s data model, data ingestion process, and GA offerings
• Build out Value Based platform specifications for payer customers
• Be accountable for delivering on all actuarial SLAs, driving measurable improvements in contract performance, and proactively identifying growth opportunities

Actuarial Director

Project Manager

• Oversee the processes for requesting, tracking, and delivering connectors, including Jira workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and Agile ceremonies
• Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Scrum Teams dedicated to building connectors and ensure prerequisites are met
• Interact frequently with implementation managers who track delivery and own customer communications
• Work with senior leaders at Director and VP level reporting progress, blockers, and opportunities
• Collaborate with project managers across Engineering, Product, IT, and Operations to develop standard processes, practices, minimum standards and templates for project management
• Consult on complex delivery efforts by developing effort-based plans, supporting customer-facing teams, setting expectations, communicating progress and acting as escalation point for issues and risks
• Manage escalations: convene stakeholders, establish mitigation plans, and report status until resolution
• Establish metrics and dashboards in Jira and/or Smartsheet to inform leaders about status, queue depth, velocity, and inflow/outflow rates

Implementation Specialist

• Runs product implementations, developing project plan and coordinating kickoff, product installation, validation, training, and go live.
• Educates customer resources on Arcadia’s technical implementation processes, product architecture and functionality, and best practices around complex healthcare data integration and platform usage to drive quality improvement, analyze and manage cost and utilization, and improve risk adjustment accuracy.
• Establishes engagement goals, priorities, and timelines, develops a detailed project plan oriented around customer and internal objectives, and manages tasks on a day-to-day basis and reports status.
• Escalates and leads resolution of risks and issues, including understanding complex technical challenges and designing custom solutions leveraging Arcadia’s products and service capabilities.
• Responsible for customer communications and owns all standing and ad-hoc project meetings.
• Coordinates customer, internal, and third-party activities. Ensures project team collaboration and early escalation if project is tracking behind. Effectively delegates across a mixed team of project managers.
• Demonstrates strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills; communicates effectively on data structures and platform architecture.
• Clearly communicate program/project status, issues, risks, plans, etc. to senior management.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
