Full-stack Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain growth infrastructure including referral systems, onboarding flows, tracking systems, and conversion optimization tools.
• Run rapid experimentation cycles across acquisition channels, activation flows, and retention mechanisms.
• Build internal tools, dashboards, and agents to enable data-driven decision making.
• Create automated marketing tools and integrations to power campaigns for us and our partners.
• Identify and exploit viral loops and network effects in the product
• Share your work with our customers and community, building our (and your) brand.
• Work across the stack on marketing site, landing pages, example projects and agents; manage Webflow and Lovable.

• You’ll design and prototype new product flows and interactions, turning early ideas into high-fidelity experiences that push our thinking forward
• Build quick prototypes to explore possibilities, and other times take a 0→1 feature all the way into a first live version
• Bring a strong sense of craft, making sure what we ship feels thoughtful, polished, and cohesive
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to move features from idea to production

Designer, Can Code

• Arcade is a San Francisco-based company helping teams create AI-driven interactive product demos. • We’re looking for product-minded AI Engineers excited to push the boundaries of AI. You’ll work across advanced prompting strategies, retrieval-augmented generation, context orchestration, and dynamic model routing to create intelligent, multimodal experiences. • Your work will power interactive demos as well other rich media workflows that feel magical to end users. • As part of a small, fast-moving team, you’ll collaborate tightly with design and engineering to prototype novel capabilities and own them through to production. • You’re autonomous, able to build, iterate, and ship at speed, and have experience working cross-functionally to get stuff done. • You care about creating beautiful (delightful) products, and your low ego means you're ready to tackle technical challenges. • Be part of a small, highly technical team where engineers ship bold ideas end-to-end. • Enjoy onsite in San Francisco on Tuesdays and Thursdays. • Compensation: $130k-$280k, plus meaningful equity.
