Full-stack Engineer

• You'll own our self-serve to enterprise motion. Day to day, that means:
• Write the playbooks for how we sell, expand, and tell Arcade's story as the team grows.
• Run experiments with Marketing and RevOps to test new outbound and expansion plays.
• Use product usage and revenue data to spot which accounts are ready for an enterprise conversation, and which still need time.
• Work hands-on with customers to understand their use case and coach them on using Arcade's full product (demos, video, content) to tell their story.
• Lead enterprise pricing and packaging conversations on our biggest opportunities, aligned to outcomes the customer already cares about.
• Bring product feedback back to PMs who actually listen.

GTM Engineer

Operations

• Partner closely with the CEO on company strategy, prioritization, and execution
• Build and maintain financial and operational models to support decision-making
• Translate high-level company goals into actionable operating plans
• Drive strategic planning, quarterly goals, and resource allocation
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions proactively
• Run company operating cadence, including leadership meetings, planning processes, and weekly business reviews
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, GTM, marketing, and customer teams
• Improve organizational clarity, accountability, and execution velocity
• Help leadership teams prioritize effectively during periods of rapid change
• Serve as a force multiplier for the CEO and executive team
• Own forecasting, scenario planning, budgeting, and runway analysis
• Support board meeting preparation and investor communications
• Develop KPI frameworks and reporting across the business
• Analyze business performance and recommend operational or strategic changes
• Help design scalable processes without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy
• Support recruiting, headcount planning, and organizational development
• Partner with managers to improve team effectiveness and communication

Head of Operations

Engineer

• Act as the Technical Authority: Partner with AEs to lead technical discovery and evaluations with Head of AI, CTO, and Architect personas.
• Build the "Art of the Possible": Design and build custom prototypes, PoCs, and reference architectures that show exactly how our infrastructure enables real-world AI actions.
• Simplify the Complex: Take abstract infrastructure, middleware, and API concepts and turn them into clear, value-driven solutions for customers.
• Field-to-Product Loop: Act as the eyes and ears of the market, funneling deep technical feedback back to our Product and Engineering teams to shape the roadmap. We build our product like a private open-source project; if a feature or fix is needed to unblock a deployment, you are empowered to make it happen.
• Empowered to take customer learnings to create working prototypes and systems that can eventually become part of the core platform.
• Drive Technical Wins: Navigate complex technical hurdles in deal cycles ranging from $200K+ to seven figures.
• Master the AI Stack: Stay at the bleeding edge of the ecosystem (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vector DBs) to consult customers on their broader AI strategy.

Forward Deployed Engineer

Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from prospecting and pipeline generation through negotiation and close
• Generate at least 50% of your own pipeline through outbound prospecting; inbound helps you crush your number, not just hit it
• Drive 8–12+ deals per year with average contract values of $200K++, with a clear path to seven-figure deals
• Navigate multi-threaded, complex deals across Head of AI, Chief AI Officer, CIO, CTO, and CISO personas
• Research prospects’ businesses deeply to inspire the "art of the possible" - moving beyond features to high-impact value outcomes
• Leverage AI tools and modern sales techniques to automate and scale your go-to-market motion
• Partner closely with Solutions Engineers to deliver technical demos and proof-of-concept engagements
• Travel as needed to close deals and build relationships (expect meaningful face-to-face time with customers)
• Provide market feedback to Product and Marketing to sharpen positioning and roadmap

Founding Enterprise Account Executive

Machine Learning Engineer

• Own the ML stack end-to-end: Evaluate hosted models, fine-tune open-source ones, and build scalable pipelines for image, video, and text generation.
• Develop brand-aligned generation systems: Create techniques for tone, color, and style fidelity across mediums.
• Improve generation quality: Build internal evaluation frameworks to measure realism, brand match, and creative diversity.
• Prototype and ship: Rapidly turn research ideas into productized APIs that power Arcade’s content generation features.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with design and marketing to define what “on-brand” means, and with engineers to integrate ML systems into production.
• Lay the foundation for content optimization: Build data pipelines connecting engagement metrics to model tuning.

Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Build and own the company’s financial model (ARR, bookings, churn, pipeline, cash flow).
• Lead strategic planning, scenario modeling, and long-term forecasting. Understand and analyze the levers that drive Arcade's long-term financial trajectory.
• Partner with CEO on capital strategy, fundraising prep, and investor relations.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product to tie spend to outcomes and optimize ROI.
• Build pricing and packaging models, supporting customer negotiations as needed.
• Establish KPI dashboards to track company performance across functions.
• Prepare board decks, investor updates, and fundraising materials with clear financial narratives.
• Own readiness and reporting for Series B fundraise.
• Own investor diligence materials and ensure data integrity.
• Support CEO in external financial conversations with investors and advisors.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting, budget vs. actuals, and key SaaS metrics.
• Partner with accounting (currently outsourced) to ensure accurate close and compliance.
• Introduce scalable finance processes, systems, and controls as the company grows.
