About the role
- Defining and evolving the global talent development strategy aligned to business priorities
- Translating long-term strategy into multi-year leadership capability roadmaps
- Partnering with Leadership and People & Culture to align talent priorities to business outcomes
- Stewarding the Arc’teryx Leadership Code
- Designing and overseeing development frameworks across all levels
- Building scalable learning journeys and signature programs
- Ensuring clear leadership expectations at each level
- Embedding change leadership and resilience capabilities
- Designing accelerated experiences, in partnership with Talent Management lead
- Partnering with business leaders to create experiential development opportunities
- Overseeing global leadership programs, digital learning platforms, and learning vendors
- Ensuring memorable, high-impact learner experiences
- Aligning retail, corporate, and functional development approaches
- Measuring program effectiveness
- Providing coaching / assessment debriefs to leaders
- Leading and developing your team
- Fostering an environment of collaboration, continuous learning, and evolution
- Leading through the Arc’teryx Leadership Code
- Building strength in relationships throughout the Arc’teryx organization
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in leadership development
- Deep understanding of talent and leadership development
- Proven experience in building globally scalable programming
- Experience in a global, matrixed organization
- Ability to build strong relationships and partner effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to see the big picture, translate it into tactical plans, and operationalize with excellence
- Knowledge of HRIS and talent management technologies a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, or a related field. Master's degree a plus.
