- Developing and driving long term product strategies for assigned categories
- Leading cross-functionally to implement new ways of working
- Conducting global research to maintain expert knowledge of the market
- Exploring new means of upcycling and strategies to scale use of excess materials
- Collaborating with leaders cross-functionally to build new product concepts
- Working with broader Product Management team to scale cutting-edge technologies
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in product management with product-led brands
- 5+ years’ experience leading a team
- Expertise in driving strategy, line planning and line architecture
- Proven track record in developing and leading the execution of a multi-year business strategy
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to drive alignment across diverse cross-functional groups
- Proven people leadership skills and the ability to build, coach and guide a diverse team
- Ability to travel internationally
- Flexibility and adaptability when faced with ambiguity
- Ability to identify root causes and develop solutions
