About the role

  • Responsible for crafting Arc’teryx’s corporate narrative and elevating executive leadership voices
  • Identify new and unique ways of sharing Arc’teryx and our brand vision
  • Work with a team of exceptional communicators and storytellers
  • Lead the development of corporate messaging framework
  • Drive global corporate communications strategy
  • Serve as a strategic communications advisor to executive leadership team
  • Manage relationships with key business, financial, and trade media outlets
  • Partner with Amer Sports, Strategy and Finance teams for investor communications

Requirements

  • Deep experience advising and supporting C-suite executives
  • Strong experience working with business, financial, and trade media
  • Experience developing and executing executive communications and thought leadership strategies
  • Comfortable navigating complex, fast-moving situations
  • Highly collaborative and experienced at working cross-functionally
  • Experience managing and partnering effectively with global communications agencies
  • Strong judgment and discretion when working with confidential or sensitive information
  • Experience shaping corporate narratives during periods of rapid growth or brand evolution
  • Bachelor’s degree, or post-secondary education in a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in communications
  • Experience working with a publicly traded company (US)
  • Strong writing and copyediting capabilities
  • Self-starter who is comfortable building things from scratch
  • Adaptable, flexible, and loves being part of a team
  • Comfortable working hard, working with senior leaders, and under tight deadlines
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in the outdoor or sporting goods industry
