About the role

  • Drive the performance and digital presence of Arc’teryx across EMEA
  • Partner with Global Digital Growth Marketing, EMEA Brand Marketing, and key platform teams
  • Own channel execution and continuous optimization
  • Develop ecommerce channel and all consumer-facing digital touchpoints in EMEA
  • Manage budgets and collaborate with regional marketing teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
  • 2+ years' experience in Paid Digital Advertising Strategy
  • 2+ years’ experience in standard ad buying platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Pinterest)
  • Proven experience managing regional or multi-market digital strategies
  • Proactive, self‑directed, and comfortable with autonomy
  • Passion for getting outside and living it.
