About the role
- Drive the performance and digital presence of Arc’teryx across EMEA
- Partner with Global Digital Growth Marketing, EMEA Brand Marketing, and key platform teams
- Own channel execution and continuous optimization
- Develop ecommerce channel and all consumer-facing digital touchpoints in EMEA
- Manage budgets and collaborate with regional marketing teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
- 2+ years' experience in Paid Digital Advertising Strategy
- 2+ years’ experience in standard ad buying platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Pinterest)
- Proven experience managing regional or multi-market digital strategies
- Proactive, self‑directed, and comfortable with autonomy
- Passion for getting outside and living it.
