About the role

  • As a Quality Engineer, you will be a key individual contributor helping product engineering teams deliver changes with confidence, speed and reliability. With the support of the Senior Quality Engineers you help strengthen shared quality ownership within your team by applying risk-based thinking, supporting shift-left ways of working and improving automation that protects key user journeys. You will work across multiple teams at pace, where priorities shift quickly and the cost of uncertainty is real. Youʼll help teams build shared clarity on what “goodˮ looks like, and turn ambiguity into confidence through better signals, smarter validation and stronger automation around the journeys that matter most to customers. This is a hands-on role in a growing environment, with plenty of scope to influence how quality scales as the product and platform evolve.
