About the role

  • Own the messaging and positioning of Arbiter’s enterprise products.
  • Develop clear Ideal Customer Profile and persona-specific narratives across payers and providers.
  • Lead analysis and category framing.
  • Develop battlecards, win/loss insights, and POVs that equip sales.
  • Build and maintain core sales assets, including pitch decks and one-pagers.
  • Own customer story development, including case studies and proof points.
  • Lead GTM and launch strategy for new products and partnerships.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise marketing
  • Demonstrated experience owning positioning and messaging for enterprise products
  • Experience in healthcare technology, health plans, provider organizations, or healthcare services
  • Strong track record of building sales enablement materials that drive revenue growth
  • Experience translating complex, technical products into clear, buyer-oriented narratives
  • Comfort working closely with Sales, Product, and executive leadership
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
