About the role
- Own the messaging and positioning of Arbiter’s enterprise products.
- Develop clear Ideal Customer Profile and persona-specific narratives across payers and providers.
- Lead analysis and category framing.
- Develop battlecards, win/loss insights, and POVs that equip sales.
- Build and maintain core sales assets, including pitch decks and one-pagers.
- Own customer story development, including case studies and proof points.
- Lead GTM and launch strategy for new products and partnerships.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Executive leadership.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise marketing
- Demonstrated experience owning positioning and messaging for enterprise products
- Experience in healthcare technology, health plans, provider organizations, or healthcare services
- Strong track record of building sales enablement materials that drive revenue growth
- Experience translating complex, technical products into clear, buyer-oriented narratives
- Comfort working closely with Sales, Product, and executive leadership
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
