About the role
- Participates in every aspect of the solution implementation
- Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization
- Provides in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application
- Responsible for documenting the business requirements
- Responsible for configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application
- Conducts acceptance testing and training customer resources
- Plans and oversees the execution of the CRPs, Program Increments (PIs), and UATs
- Provides structured support to Argano customers
Requirements
- High School Education or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree in x or Business-related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years working primarily for or with a manufacturer of goods
- 3-5 years’ experience in Dynamics
- Advanced English communication skills
- Proven ability to participate in multiple concurrent consulting engagements
- Proven ability to lead junior consultants and client SME teams
- General understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Excellent organization skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to travel up to 50%
