Deliver high quality solutions to address clients’ business challenges.
Collaborate with colleagues across the OCM practice and Oracle business unit.
Conduct Adoption Readiness Assessments and execute tactical activities to develop and sustain change adoption.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience delivering on Change Management teams.
Experience (3-5 years) in a professional services/consulting organization environment.
Bachelor's degree required. Preferred Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial / Systems Engineering, Business, or Management preferred.
Certified in established change management methodology (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
