Lead and manage full lifecycle projects of Microsoft deals, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Manages customer expectations from project kick-off to Go-Live
Provides leadership and direction to the client PM and client team.
Resolves conflicts and issues with the goal of improving and maintaining positive relationships.
Plans and prioritizes activities and deliverables that support our client’s business goals and solution delivery, in accordance with the Argano Delivery Methodology
Creates and manages project plans and artifacts.
Tracks progress against deliverables, adjusts plans as required and provides regular status reporting to senior leadership and customers.
Proactively manages project budget, dependencies, and risks.
Leads, motivates, and develops project team members.
Fosters a strong project leadership team and follows escalation paths when necessary.
Requirements
7+ years of successful Project Management experience within the Microsoft space including D365 F&O/CE ERP Implementation experience
Experience with technical project management (managing data teams, technical teams, developers, etc.)
Proven experience as a Project Manager on enterprise Microsoft deals and engaging Microsoft support representatives
Demonstrated success in leading full lifecycle projects from initiation to closure
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interactive team management skills
Polished, professional, and confident presentation and public speaking skills
Problem Solver: resolves issues and mitigates risk to avoid project blockers and escalations
Experience working with Microsoft, ISVs, and integrations
Ability to manage client relationships and communicate w/ C-level executives/sponsors
Ability to create appropriate budget vs. actual reporting for presentation to customers and executive management
Experience establishing and implementing internal tools and best practices
Proactive in managing multiple projects and teams of resources concurrently in a fast-paced technology environment
Ability to travel 25% to 50% to client sites
