About the role
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously ($1.5M–$12M per project, 4–5 jobs at a time)
- Review and vet drawings for accuracy, constructability, and alignment with contract documents
- Coordinate with production, detailing, and site teams
- Conduct periodic site visits to monitor project progress
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Support change order reviews and gap identification
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous structural steel project management experience REQUIRED
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Experience with Procore and Microsoft Suite preferred
