- Lead the investigation and timely disposition of first and third party claims
- Oversee team performance and production to ensure Claim department goals are achieved
- Select, train and develop staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend salary adjustments
- Ensure exceptional customer service and high quality work from direct reports
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct handling and or oversight of Commercial Auto Claims
- 3+ years of direct handling and or oversight of Bodily Injury Claims
