About the role
- Responsible for overall operation of multiple accounts or significant multi-site account generating $100M+ in revenue
- Galvanize a team under a common growth and operations platform
- Drive improvement in operational efficiency, revenue, margin, and client retention for portfolio accounts
- Ensure delivery of operational excellence and identify innovative services to expand client requirements
- Develop and maintain overall strategy, priorities and direction for operations within the area
- Manage all facets of the area including sales, finance, human resources, and customer service with full P&L accountability
- Drive new sales growth within existing client base and ensure exceptional customer service
- Lead design, development, and execution of short- and long-term operational strategies
- Lead and manage a productive team through communication, empowerment, reward, and coaching
- Maintain close working relationships with Sales, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Compliance
- Partner with business unit leaders and stakeholders to inspire change and implement new business processes
Requirements
- Business and Industry (B&I) contracted food service experience is required
- Bachelor's degree required (master's degree desired)
- Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive responsibility with full P&L responsibility
- Food, facilities, or retail service sector experience preferred
- Proven leadership and experience managing effective client relationships
- Demonstrated leadership skills and knowledge of management practices
- Business analysis and project management skills
- Ability to understand large, complex, global business and set strategy
- Business planning skills for strategic projects and process improvement
- Ability to manage numerous projects and resources remotely in a dispersed organization
- Ability to select top talent and develop key leaders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a range of audiences
