About the role
- Supervising and managing all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services
- Leverages Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential
- Delivers and models WEST as a foundation for excellent customer service
- Ensure the completion and maintenance of P&L or client budget statements
- Develop and execute maintenance solutions to meet customer needs
Requirements
- Requires at least 2 years of experience in maintenance
- Requires 1-2 years of experience in a management role
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to manage as part of a larger team or manage function independently, without direct supervision
- The ability to multi-task is a must
