About the role
- Oversee operations, staffing, safety, and service standards across assigned offshore locations.
- Conduct monthly site visits and complete required operational and compliance reports.
- Ensure all staff meet PPE, training, and client-specific credential requirements (e.g., Rig Pass, TWIC, HUET/METS).
- Support and supervise site managers (Camp Boss/Chef Manager) on staffing, scheduling, training, performance, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards, including food safety and sanitation.
- Partner with client leadership on-site to ensure service alignment with contractual expectations.
- Oversee inventory management, menu planning, and labor and food cost controls.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for offshore teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Experience managing operations, teams, and compliance in remote or offshore environments preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health and safety standards (ServSafe preferred).
- Ability to travel extensively and work in offshore, rotational environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational/inventory systems.
- Ability to work extended schedules, including holidays, in remote locations.
