About the role
- Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams to maximize their contributions
- Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
- Responsible for building revenue and managing budget
- Implement and maintain GM agenda for both labor and facilities initiatives
- Plans, controls and directs all cleaning, sanitizing and waste removal functions
Requirements
- Requires 3+ years of Management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Management experience in Environmental Services, housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial services required.
