About the role
- Plan, manage, and guide contracted services for multiple sites
- Lead a team to provide excellent service
- Build and lead a management team

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in food service, hospitality, facilities, or business management
- 2-3 years of multi-unit experience within senior living or healthcare fields
- 3 to 5 years of culinary experience within senior living or healthcare fields
- Ability to focus on client and customer services
- Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively
- Experience in creating and managing a department budget
- Experience crafting product sales strategies
