About the role

  • develop and execute dining solutions to meet customer needs
  • oversee and manage dining operations
  • lead, mentor, engage and develop teams
  • ensure food services connects to Executional Framework
  • adopt Aramark processes and systems for financial performance
  • maintain safety and sanitation standards
  • develop operational forecasts and explain variances
  • recruit, hire, and retain front-line team
  • manage front of the house of the dining operation

Requirements

  • at least 4 years of experience
  • at least 1-3 years of experience in a management role
  • previous experience in food service
  • a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
  • ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments
  • occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
  • must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
