About the role
- develop and execute dining solutions to meet customer needs
- oversee and manage dining operations
- lead, mentor, engage and develop teams
- ensure food services connects to Executional Framework
- adopt Aramark processes and systems for financial performance
- maintain safety and sanitation standards
- develop operational forecasts and explain variances
- recruit, hire, and retain front-line team
- manage front of the house of the dining operation
Requirements
- at least 4 years of experience
- at least 1-3 years of experience in a management role
- previous experience in food service
- a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
- ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments
- occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
- must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
