About the role
- Ensure the quality of Aramark’s products and services meet or exceed customer expectations
- Develop team members and improve customer service quality
- Implement best practices across all levels
- Maintain and follow all wage & hour compliance for local employees
- Coordinate payroll functions and check distribution
- Assist leadership on special projects
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Optimize core processes and positively influence client relationships
- Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled
Requirements
- At least five years’ experience in operations management in a related field
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- High energy level
- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to lead in a diverse environment with a focus on client and guest service
- Candidates must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
