About the role
- Management of Aramark-operated foodservice facilities
- Culinary and business management, including team leadership
- Daily quality assurance and communication with guests and clients
- Planning, coordination and execution of events
- Office administration (including bookkeeping and operational accounting)
- Responsibility for compliance with food safety regulations and internal standards
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in gastronomy or a related field
- Additional qualifications such as Hotel Business Administrator (Hotelbetriebswirt) or Meister (master craftsman) are a plus
- Experience in upscale event catering desirable
- Good commercial acumen and financial literacy
- Several years of leadership experience and knowledge of administrative operations management
- Strong organizational skills and interpersonal competence
