About the role
- Lead, mentor, engage, and develop teams to maximize their contributions
- Ensure food services appropriately connect to the Executional Framework
- Coach employees by creating a shared understanding of what needs to be achieved and how to execute effectively
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards are upheld in all operations
- Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport to support a mutually beneficial business relationship
- Build revenue and manage budgets, including cost controls for food, beverage, and labor
- Create value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and effective profit management
- Ensure full compliance with Operational Excellence fundamentals
Requirements
- Requires at least 4 years' experience in food & beverage operation
- 1-3 years in a management role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Ability to work an event base schedule which will include weekends, evenings and holidays
