About the role
- Provide HR generalist support for the corporate functional staff / Centers of Excellence (COE)
- Issue resolution, follow up and recommendations for corporate COE’s
- Employee Engagement Initiatives - Engagement Action Plan development and follow-up
- Talent Acquisition - corporate point of contact
- HR metrics reporting and analysis
Requirements
- HR/SPHR certification preferred
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
- Employment relations experience including conducting investigations and resolution development required
- Strong analytical skills are required
- Ability to train and make presentations
