About the role

  • Provide HR generalist support for the corporate functional staff / Centers of Excellence (COE)
  • Issue resolution, follow up and recommendations for corporate COE’s
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives - Engagement Action Plan development and follow-up
  • Talent Acquisition - corporate point of contact
  • HR metrics reporting and analysis

Requirements

  • HR/SPHR certification preferred
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
  • Employment relations experience including conducting investigations and resolution development required
  • Strong analytical skills are required
  • Ability to train and make presentations
