About the role

  • Provide general administrative support to the Finance Manager
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure operational efficiency
  • Help prepare, update, and maintain financial reports daily
  • Support the AR and AP team when needed
  • Assist with journal entries, accruals, and month-end close tasks
  • Maintain organized accounting files and documentation for audits
  • Help maintain compliance with financial regulations and company standards
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of documents
  • Serve as a liaison across departments to ensure collaboration and timely execution of tasks
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Perform other general administrative tasks as assigned
  • Audit timesheets weekly and maintain accurate payroll records

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing and delivering projects to strict deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role preferred
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is a plus
