About the role

  • Act as a strategic partner to the Director of HR Communications & Engagement
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated HR communication and engagement strategies
  • Serve as a communications strategy partner to HR Centers of Excellence
  • Partner closely on the evolution of the enterprise employee engagement and listening strategy
  • Support end‑to‑end execution of employee engagement surveys
  • Monitor engagement survey progress and participation
  • Proactively analyze employee feedback and engagement data
  • Bring a strong creative point of view
  • Personally create, write, and develop content across HR intranet pages, campaigns, presentations, leader toolkits, and executive materials
  • Establish communication standards, best practices, and messaging frameworks
  • Apply employee experience principles such as clarity, accessibility, and inclusivity
  • Balance multiple priorities and initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, HR Technology, and other internal partners
  • Support additional enterprise communication and engagement initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in communications, employee engagement/experience, HR communications, or change communications
  • Strong creative instincts with exceptional writing, storytelling, and narrative development skills
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency, accelerate ideation, and elevate the quality of communications and analysis work
  • Demonstrated curiosity and creativity, with a desire to learn, experiment, and continuously improve how communication and engagement efforts are designed and delivered
  • Proven ability to ideate and develop visually engaging, employee‑centric communications
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and building trusted, consultative relationships
  • Analytical curiosity with a demonstrated ability to move beyond surface-level findings by connecting data points, identifying trends over time, and translating patterns into strategic recommendations that drive action
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills in complex, evolving environments
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, digital communication platforms, and content management tools; employee listening or survey platform experience a plus
