About the role

  • Implements technical expertise to evaluate Aramark's operating program standards, measure performance, and recommend solutions to enhance operations.
  • Drives adherence to Aramark program standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
  • Conducts research on the facilities industry to help Aramark remain competitive and innovative.
  • Develops and accountable for a safety culture.
  • Provides support and assistance to the District Manager and General Manager to identify market trends.
  • Assists with the development of databases to manage, evaluate, and forecast facilities talent and/or programs.
  • Performs tasks in maintenance, custodial, and grounds services.
  • Reviews work orders and project specifications, estimates material and labor.
  • Assists in coordinating the activities of employees in service areas.
  • Supports General Manager and Maintenance Technician(s) on settings related to CMMS.
  • Performs asset inventory of a building and enters data into the CMMS.
  • Tours and inspects the facility to ensure total quality management requirements.

Requirements

  • Requires at least 3-5 years of technical experience in the appropriate facilities and custodial related operations or similar, complex multi-location businesses
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Ability to lead multiple projects and assignments in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills: verbal, written, presentation and the ability to connect with a wide range of people and behavior styles
  • Skilled with handheld technology and Microsoft Office
  • Proven analytical and decision-making skills
  • Creative and flexible in demeanor and style to adapt to new situations in a constantly evolving, dynamic environment
  • Encourages and demonstrates collaboration by developing cooperative relationships throughout the organization.
