About the role

  • plan, manage, and guide contracted services for multiple sites for a client or for multiple clients
  • lead a team to provide excellent service to our clients
  • develop plans to provide optimal service and drive employee and customer satisfaction
  • manage compliance with all local, state and federal regulations and codes
  • manage a budget and assist in the design of improvements to optimize financial performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in an area of Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management
  • 3-5 years of culinary manager experience within senior living and/or healthcare field
  • Proven ability leading through other managers
  • Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment
  • Experience in creating and managing a department budget, financial controls and analysis
  • Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements
  • Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff
