About the role
- plan, manage, and guide contracted services for multiple sites for a client or for multiple clients
- lead a team to provide excellent service to our clients
- develop plans to provide optimal service and drive employee and customer satisfaction
- manage compliance with all local, state and federal regulations and codes
- manage a budget and assist in the design of improvements to optimize financial performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in an area of Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management
- 3-5 years of culinary manager experience within senior living and/or healthcare field
- Proven ability leading through other managers
- Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment
- Experience in creating and managing a department budget, financial controls and analysis
- Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements
- Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff
