About the role
- Perform high-volume, accurate data entry related to catering orders, billing, and operational reports
- Prepare, review, and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain detailed records of catering events, contracts, and financial documentation
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and partner with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting
- Generate weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Office tools
- Manage administrative documentation including contracts, proposals, and event summaries
- Support scheduling, communication, and coordination efforts between clients and internal teams
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Assist leadership with ad hoc reporting and special administrative projects
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative, office support, or catering support experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Experience with invoicing, billing processes, and financial tracking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
